We are launching a brand-new large-format retail store in Brisbane CBD and are looking for a hands-on leader who wants to be part of building something from the ground up - shaping team culture, driving performance, and setting the standard from day one.

If you enjoy being on the floor, developing people, and taking ownership of results, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Role

Working closely with other Retail Managers you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and help build a high-performing, engaged team.

Your focus will be on:

- Leading from the front on the shop floor
- Coaching and developing team members to lift performance
- Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience
- Managing stock, VM, and operational standards
- Creating a positive,



accountable team workplace.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Is currently a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Store Manager ready for a bigger challenge
- Comes from big box, speciality, large-format or high-volume retail
- Enjoys developing people and being hands-on in store
- Wants to be part of a new store journey, not just maintain the status quo
- Brings energy, accountability, and a genuine team-first mindset.
