Professional Summary

Experienced Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Engineer specialising in the design, development, administration, and support of enterprise-scale Tungsten TotalAgility (formerly Kofax TotalAgility) platforms.

Strong expertise in document capture, document classification, data extraction, validation workflows, business process automation, OCR technologies, and enterprise document processing solutions. Proven experience delivering high-volume document processing applications across complex enterprise environments.

Skilled in platform administration, workflow development, solution configuration, environment management, production support, platform upgrades, performance optimisation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Tungsten TotalAgility solutions for enterprise document processing.
- Configure document classification, extraction, validation, and verification processes.
- Develop workflow automation solutions using TotalAgility process design and business rules.
- Configure and maintain Insight Studio extraction and classification models.
- Build and support Human Verification workflows for document exception handling.




- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and databases.
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and release deployments.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and operational stability.
- Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Support business and operational teams in onboarding current document types and extraction models.
- Design and optimise OCR and document processing solutions for improved accuracy and throughput.
- Participate in platform modernisation, infrastructure refresh, and migration initiatives.
