TGE Freight is transforming and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Industrial & Employee Relations to help lead that journey.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll partner with executives, influence business strategy and lead Industrial & Employee Relations across a large, complex and highly unionised national workforce.

You'll be at the forefront of enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy, organisational change and high-profile workplace matters, providing trusted advice that drives commercial outcomes while managing business risk.

What you'll bring

- Extensive senior ER/IR experience within a large, unionised organisation.
- A proven track record leading enterprise bargaining and complex industrial negotiations.




- Deep knowledge of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation.
- Experience managing industrial disputes and representing organisations before the Fair Work Commission.
- Outstanding commercial judgement, executive presence and stakeholder influence.
