About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join Roy Morgan's Research Institute - Centre for Longitudinal Research. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end research projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to client specifications.

You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, overseeing data processing and quality checks, and ensuring that final datasets meet the highest standards. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help drive the successful execution of research projects that inform important business and government decisions.

About You

You are a practical and detail-focused Project Manager who enjoys working across the full lifecycle of research projects. You are comfortable managing day-to-day project activities, working with data, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

You take a structured approach to your work, have strong attention to detail, and are confident working with data, processes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Solid time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- An understanding of research methodologies and the role of market research
- Practical working knowledge of sampling, questionnaire design and data analysis




- Experience working with longitudinal data (desirable)
- Understanding of basic statistical tools and concepts
- Strong numerical skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to write clear and accurate specifications for cross tabulations and data files
- Confidence in analysing and presenting information in a clear and practical way
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Roy Morgan research production processes (desirable)
