In this role, you'll: Working as part of the Learning Programs team, you will deliver quality assurance, compliance and governance across a highly regulated Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment. This role focuses on monitoring, reviewing and maintaining the currency, application and usage of approved RTO materials, policies, forms, tools, the student management system and quality management systems across Transport’s scope of registration and broader learning delivery. You will manage funding and financial cap monitoring, coordinate annual reporting with the external regulator and internal stakeholders, and maintain.
Maintain the ReadyStudent platform, including enrolment requirements, configurations, template setup and ongoing maintenance of the requirements to meet the regulatory requirements. You will contribute to internal audits, annual course reviews, assessment validation, marketing reviews and regulatory submissions, ensuring all artefacts meet VET Quality Framework standards, the 2025 Standards for RTOs, and Smart and Skilled contractual requirements. The team hub for this role will be located in Petersham,
and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.
You are a detail-oriented compliance and quality assurance specialist with experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, particularly within RTO environments. You excel in navigating regulatory frameworks, monitoring compliance, managing reporting requirements and maintaining audit‑‑ready documentation. You bring sound knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs, Smart and Skilled funding contracts, and have experience using RTO student management systems such as ReadyStudent or similar and reporting platforms like AVETMISS Data validation, STS Online.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) will be highly regarded and an added benefit.
