WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?..

As a senior member of the performance team, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy,



delivery and ongoing success of a portfolio of high-growth client accounts. You'll oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned to commercial objectives and delivers measurable results. While this is a strategic role, you'll still enjoy being close to the work, providing guidance on campaign structure, performance improvements, tracking frameworks and optimisation opportunities when required.

You'll act as the primary strategic contact for clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and translating performance data into clear business outcomes. From identifying new growth opportunities and presenting strategic recommendations to leading performance reviews and long-term planning discussions, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and retention.

Internally, you'll work collaboratively with channel specialists, creatives and broader marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated, effective and continually evolving. You'll provide mentorship and support to junior team members, uphold high standards across campaign delivery, and contribute to the ongoing development of processes, best practices and team capability.



This is an opportunity for someone who combines deep performance marketing expertise with strong commercial acumen, leadership skills and a genuine passion for helping brands scale.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 4+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing and optimising large-scale campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role, with strong experience in stakeholder management, account growth and retention
- Confident using data and analytics tools
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate performance data into transparent insights, recommendations and client narratives
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring team members, driving best practice and contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture
