The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash positions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence across fund operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and investment portfolios
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, discrepancies, and outstanding items
- Monitor cash movements, settlements, and transaction activity
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support governance and compliance requirements
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies
- Support broader fund operations activities as required

About You:
- Previous experience within superannuation is essential
- Strong experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Cash Management, or Cash Operations environments
- Proven experience performing reconciliations within financial services, investment operations, custody, or fund operations
- Experience working with reconciliation tools
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to investigate issues, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with stakeholders
