This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role across CDI’s front-end and project delivery functions, helping us develop smarter methodologies, stronger programmes and more predictable project outcomes.

This role will suit someone with proven experience developing detailed, realistic construction programs across all project stages, from tender and pre-construction through to delivery, commissioning and handover .

What You Will Bring

- Proven planning experience within commercial construction and fitout
- Advanced capability in MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement and project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality tender methodologies
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively with estimating, project management and site delivery teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders




- A proven ability to build effective working relationships with staff, trades, clients, and subcontractors

Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing detailed construction programs for commercial construction and fitout projects
- Reviewing project documentation, staging, sequencing and construction methodology
- Identifying critical paths, key risks, procurement constraints and program opportunities
- Working closely with estimating, project and site teams to develop practical delivery strategies
- Preparing explicit and compelling tender methodologies, staging plans and program narratives
- Updating and monitoring live project programs throughout delivery
- Supporting recovery planning and program mitigation where required
