Who Are We Looking For

- Previous portfolio accounting experience within retail property or shopping centres.

- Strong experience managing month-end accounting across multiple properties.

- Confidence preparing accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reports.

- Experience supporting budgets, forecasts and outgoing reconciliations.

- Relevant accounting qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent, or working towards completion, is highly regarded.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Accountant to manage the end-to-end financial accounting for a national portfolio of approximately 10–16 properties. The portfolio is predominantly retail, with a small number of healthcare assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full month-end accounting process across a portfolio of 10–16 properties.

- Prepare accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reports for clients.

- Process property and tenant charges, including council rates, water and electricity costs.

- Support budgeting,



reforecasting and annual outgoing reconciliation activities.

- Partner with centre and property teams to provide accurate financial information and support business decision-making.
