Bridge42 is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Melbourne team — someone operating at a senior level and ready to take the next step toward Project Director within the next 1 to 2 years.

About you

- Senior Project Management experience within property / construction / infrastructure
- Strong exposure across mixed-use, city-building or tertiary education projects preferred
- Proven ability to manage clients and deliver outcomes end-to-end
- Experience and drive to be involved with business development / client growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive mindset with a transparent ambition to step into a Project Director role and manage a team
