Salary/Level: Level 5, $108,848 - $118,961 p.a. plus Superannuation

Tenure: 12 months Fixed-term, Full time (with the possibility of extension or permanency)

Location: South Perth (Perth Zoo), Western Australia The Senior Project Officer coordinates and delivers a portfolio of capital, maintenance and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. The role provides project management expertise to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with organisational objectives, procurement requirements and relevant legislation.

The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.

Selection Criteria

1. Demonstrated experience coordinating infrastructure,



facilities or construction projects from planning through to completion, including managing scope, program, quality and risk.
2. Experience administering contracts and procurement processes, including consultant and contractor management, contract documentation and financial monitoring.
3. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, analyse issues, develop practical solutions and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
