The Role

As the Senior Property Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio end-to-end
- Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Providing strategic advice and exceptional customer service
- Managing maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
- Coordinating routine inspections and compliance
- Liaising with trades, contractors and external stakeholders
- Resolving tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with Queensland legislation
- Assisting with mentoring and supporting junior team members where required

About You

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:
- 2+ years' residential Property Management experience
- A proven ability to manage a portfolio aut
