About the Role
Responsible for the administration, configuration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform across Supagas. The role ensures the platform remains secure, reliable and aligned with business requirements while supporting users, maintaining data quality, driving process automation, and promoting best practice platform governance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
- Support Salesforce releases, updates, and enhancements.
- Perform regular system audits and health checks.
- Maintain Salesforce governance and best practice standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests.
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training for users.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across Salesforce.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Administrator Credential) essential; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator) highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience administering and optimising the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, configuration, governance and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building and maintaining Salesforce Flow automations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards, with the ability to analyse data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including data quality, imports, exports, deduplication and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve business efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions and manage competing priorities.
