Holistic Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our Newcastle team in NSW. This casual position supports participants with personal care and daily living activities, following individual care plans to promote independence and quality of life.
You will work with a compassionate, person-centred approach, documenting progress and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team. WWCC/clearance, First Aid CPR, and solid communication are preferred.
