The role

We’re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator or Project Administrator to support an experienced Program Manager across the day-to-day coordination of a large enterprise program.

This role is ideal for someone with around 3-4 years of project experience who enjoys organisation, stakeholder coordination and keeping projects moving. You’ll play a key role in project governance, administration and change activities while gaining exposure to a complex technology environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes
- Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion
- Coordinate project documentation and administration




- Raise maintenance window requests and manage approval workflows
- Support project governance and reporting activities
- Assist with change management coordination across the program
- Provide day-to-day support to the Program Manager

Skills and experience

- 3-4 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience supporting project delivery in a corporate or technology environment
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions
