Identifying Parts Needs:
- Liaise with technicians and customers to identify the required parts for vehicle repairs.
- Interpret repair manuals, diagrams,
and software to ensure accuracy in parts selection using iBodyshop
Sourcing and Ordering Parts:
- Locate and order genuine or compatible replacement parts from suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with parts suppliers to optimize costs and delivery times.
Warehousing and Receipting of Stock:
- Ensure accurate documentation of parts ordered, received, and used.
- Ensure the parts are checked off with the delivery docket and inspected for any damages
- Manage the location of the parts in an orderly stocking manner so it is easily accessible by the technician
- Manage warranty claims and returns for defective or incorrect parts.
Applicants must be physically located in Australia and must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
