What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handlingmaintenance requests and coordination




- Attending properties forexit inspections
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with property management legislation and processes

What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years experience in a Property Management
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organisational & time management skill
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
