About The Role As a Senior Consultant, you will manage a full 360 desk in Australian markets. Working collaboratively with an existing team, you will have full ownership over a national market segment, selling and delivering perm and contract recruitment services under various delivery models; contingent recruitment, contract, retained search etc.

Skills And Experience

- Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment setting
- Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent recruitment services




- Customer centric, long term relationship approach
- Growth / continuous improvement mindset
- Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry knowledge in manufacturing desirable but not essential
