You will join a collaborative, high-performing team of experienced recruiters who genuinely enjoy sharing their knowledge, celebrate success and support one another's growth.

We are currently based in Burswood and are preparing for an exciting move into a up-to-date new office in the Perth CBD early next year.

What you'll be doing

- Taking ownership of existing client accounts and strengthening long-term relationships
- Developing and delivering a business development strategy to secure new clients
- Meeting with clients to understand their business, workforce needs and future growth plans
- Managing permanent recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to placement
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
- Achieving activity, revenue and performance targets
- Providing an outstanding experience to both clients and candidates

About you
- Ideally,



two years' experience in a 360-degree recruitment role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and recruitment assignments
- Strong relationship-building and business development capability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
- Excellent attention to detail with a solutions focused approach
- Collaborative, supportive andresilient
- Self-motivated, with the drive and passion to succeed
- Experience using recruitment databases and candidate sourcing platforms
- A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
