The Opportunity

This is a role where you'll take ownership of diverse portfolio of strata communities and become the trusted advisor to committees, owners and key stakeholders. With the support of our dedicated customer connect team managing general enquiries, a specialist customer operations team providing expert support, and a national repairs & maintenance team handling maintenance coordination,



you'll spend less time on administration and more time focused on strengthening client relationships and delivering value to your portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Managing a diverse portfolio of strata communities and acting as the key relationship manager for committees and stakeholders

Building trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service

Providing guidance and interpretation of strata legislation, bylaws and governance requirements

Managing correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors in a professional and timely manner

Working closely with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes, approvals and work orders

Preparing for and facilitating Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings and Committee Meetings, including agendas, budgets and minutes

Managing client retention, resolving first-level complaints and providing practical solutions to issues as they arise

Overseeing portfolio financial matters and supporting compliance obligations

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and customer outcomes

Contributing to a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and shared success What You'll Bring Experience as a Class 1 Strata Manager with a strong track record of managing your own portfolio A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance requirements

Exceptional communication,
