The Opportunity

- Manage the full buyer journey from strategy and search through to acquisition and settlement




- Work with premium owner-occupier and investor clients across Sydney's most sought-after suburbs
- Source and secure both on-market and off-market opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive property assessments and due diligence
- Negotiate private treaty purchases and represent clients at auction
- Build and maintain strong referral networks and long-term client relationships
- Operate with a high level of autonomy while being supported by an established and growing team

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience within residential real estate, buyer's agency or a similar advisory role
- Strong understanding of the Sydney residential property market
- Proven success negotiating and securing property on behalf of clients
- Confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a consultative approach
- Holds a Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate License
- Motivated, driven and passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes
