The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our Sydney team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys developing new business while managing and growing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with customers across a range of industries, providing tailored product solutions backed by one of Australia's most recognised trade brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Provide expert product advice and solution-based selling.
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure a high level of service.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.




- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for sales.
- The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience within tools, industrial, construction, hardware or related industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
