About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

You will:

- Lead and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Support children's learning through play-based experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues




- Mentor and collaborate with educators to enhance teaching practices
- Create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Maintain high standards of supervision, compliance and professional practice
- Work as part of a team committed to achieving positive outcomes for children

All educators are expected to actively uphold Child Secure Standards, understand their mandatory reporting responsibilities and contribute to creating environments where children feel safe, respected and heard.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- A strong commitment to child safety and children's rights
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Understanding of mandatory reporting obligations and child protection requirements
- Strong active supervision practices
- Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

Applicants will be required to demonstrate their commitment to child safety throughout the recruitment process. Appropriate screening, reference and background checks will be undertaken.

Essential Requirements

- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Minimum three years' experience in a licensed early childhood education and care service
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection training
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Commitment to providing high-quality outcomes for children and families
