Mt Coolum Early Learning
is looking for a Centre Manager who is experienced in making big change and positive impact on early childhood centres and teams.

Selection criteria:
- Proven experience in transforming centres and teams.
- Evidence of implementing innovative programs for children and team members.
- Have a knack at building relationships with your team members, families, children and the community.
- Be an experienced early years leader.
- A can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
- Drive unique programming and practice & implement contemporary evidence‑informed pedagogy.
- Experience and knowledge of centre operations, finances and legislative requirements.
- Have a passion for excellence for children.
- Bachelor/Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑equivalent.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Valid Working with Children's Check
