Rodd & Gunn - Stylist - Harbourtown, Gold Coast

We are seeking a Stylist to join the Rodd & Gunn team at our Harbourtown location on the Gold Coast. This is a casual position based in Biggera Waters, QLD. As a Stylist, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences, combining product expertise with personal styling advice to help our clients look and feel their best. This role is instrumental in building lasting customer relationships and driving sales through personalised service and genuine engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our range of clothing, footwear and accessories
- Create welcoming and engaging shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to showcase products effectively
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store environment
- Support inventory management and stock rotation activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and performance goals
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and courteously

What we're looking for

- Proven retail experience, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle retail setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to translate this into meaningful styling recommendations




- Sales-driven mentality with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work varying shifts including weekends
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of presentation
- A passion for fashion and understanding of current trends
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems is desirable
