We are seeking a Senior Employee Communications Officer to join a government department and lead strategic internal communications and engagement initiatives across the organisation.
You will work with senior leaders to develop messaging, Q&As;, presentations and engagement activities, advise on effective employee communication approaches, and support events and roadshows across diverse employee groups, including frontline staff.
