Xplan Specialist, Training and Enablement

Do you know Xplan inside and out? Do you get a kick out of showing a colleague a shortcut that saves them an hour, or watching someone go from confused to confident with a system? If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with strong, hands on Xplan experience to join our Technology Adoption and Change Training team. You do not need a background in formal training, adoption or change management, and you do not need to come from IT. What matters most is that you know Xplan well and genuinely enjoy helping other people learn it.

This is a great next step for a paraplanner, client service officer or adviser support professional who has reached the point where they are the person everyone asks for Xplan help, and who would like that to become the job.

What you will bring

- Strong, practical Xplan experience is essential (WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, Xtools+ and the wider suite)
- A genuine interest in teaching, coaching or helping others learn
- Solid understanding of the advice process and how Xplan supports it
- Clear communication and patience with learners at every level
- Comfort adapting your approach across different teams and business models

What you will be doing

- Deliver Xplan training tailored to different teams, roles and skill levels




- Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and build practical learning materials
- Run workshops, webinars and one on one coaching sessions
- Translate Xplan functionality into straightforward, actionable guidance
- Support teams after go live so the confidence and capability stick

Nice to have

Experience in a formal training, change or learning and development role is a bonus, not a requirement. If you do not have it, do not let that stop you from applying. We can teach you how to train.
