As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and practical business advice. The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with business owners and individual clients, providing tailored accounting and taxation solutions that help them achieve their financial and business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, superannuation funds, and individuals.
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries.
- Providing proactive taxation and business advisory services.
- Assisting clients with cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
- Reviewing bookkeeping and assisting clients with cloud accounting systems, including Xero and MYOB.
- Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and support business growth.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members as required.




- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Australian public practice accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements.
- Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for a variety of entities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting platforms.
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently completing) preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
