Strive Community Care is a purpose-driven organisation providing therapeutic home environments for children and young people in Toowoomba. We are seeking Casual Youth Care Workers to support healing journeys and mentor children in OOHC through our WeStrive Mentoring Program.

Roles involve a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, guided by our Therapeutic Framework and CREATE Model of Care to promote safety and positive development.
