An Opportunity has become available for:

- An Experienced Structural Engineer to take a senior leadership position within the Sunshine Coast office of an established national engineering consultancy.
- With multiple offices across Australia, the business has an excellent project pipeline and is looking for someone who can combine strong technical structural engineering with team leadership, client management and project delivery.
- This could suit an established Associate or an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer ready to step into a Branch Manager-style position and have considerably more influence over the growth of an office.

The Opportunity

- You will work across a diverse portfolio of building structures, including multi-storey residential, commercial and other complex building projects , while simultaneously managing a number of projects and client relationships.
- Importantly, this isn't purely a technical role. They are looking for somebody who enjoys leading people, developing engineers and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers and other key clients.

You will have the opportunity to :

- Lead and mentor a structural engineering team and help develop the Sunshine Coast operation.
- Manage the structural delivery of multi-storey residential and commercial building projects.
- Take ownership of key client relationships, project meetings and ongoing client liaison.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing technical quality, resources, programmes and delivery.




- Progress into a broader office/branch leadership role, with a genuine opportunity to participate in equity after 12 months.
- Work within a business that offers flexible working arrangements and gives its senior people considerable autonomy in how they manage their teams.

What They're Looking For

- You will ideally be an experienced Structural Engineer with a strong Australian buildings background and the confidence to operate at Senior, Associate or emerging Branch Manager level.
- You don't necessarily need to already be managing an office. What is significant is that you have the technical credibility, commercial awareness and personality to lead people and build trusted client relationships.
