In this role, you'll: Play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of technology services across the organisation, by providing high-quality administrative, operational, and project support to the Digital and Systems team. The position is responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the timely triage, management, and assignment of ServiceNow requests. The role also monitors enterprise-wide service request volumes, analyses trends and emerging risks, and identifies opportunities to enhance service performance and customer experience.

In addition, the Senior Technology Support Officer maintains the organisation’s systems register, supports technology procurement and contract administration processes, and assists with system lifecycle management, ensuring technology assets and platforms remain compliant, effective, and aligned with business needs. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Strategy & Advisory. For you to be successful within this role you should meet with all, or most of the following criteria:





- 3+ years' experience performing a similar role, as described above
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective resolutions
- Proven abilities to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and engagement to achieve organisational outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Sound understanding of contract documentation, with the ability to identify key obligations, risks and compliance requirements Nice to Haves:
- Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Background in vendor management and/or procurement This is a permanent flexible hybrid role. 50% of your time will be office based, with 25% of that time based from our offices at Macquarie Park. This is a Grade 7 paying between $124,810.00 - $139,787.00 + super.
