We're looking for an experienced Distribution Overhead Lineworker, Live Lineworker or Dual Trade professional to step into a Senior Tradesperson role. You'll provide on-site leadership, support your crew to deliver safe and efficient outcomes, and play a key role in coordinating construction, maintenance and fault response activities across the network.

What you'll do

- Lead and coordinate daily field activities and crew workloads
- Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and apprentice mentoring
- Support fault response and emergency works
- Coordinate contractors and stakeholders to achieve delivery outcomes
- Assist with work planning, scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build positive relationships with customers, landowners and internal teams

About you

You're a respected team member who leads by example, enjoys supporting others and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes safely.

You will bring

- Certificate III in Distribution (Powerlines) or A Grade Linework qualification with demonstrated distribution experience
- Current Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner's Licence or ability to obtain
- Proven experience leading field crews in the construction and maintenance of overhead distribution assets
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices and operational delivery
- Ability to coordinate internal and external resources to achieve work outcomes
- Confidence providing technical guidance and mentoring apprentices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and work autonomously in a energetic environment
