Our client is looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to take ownership of SEO and GEO strategy across a portfolio of clients. You’ll combine technical SEO expertise with emerging AI search knowledge to build strategies that improve organic visibility, drive acquisition, and deliver measurable commercial results.

- Up to $90K Super
- 2 years’ experience across SEO, ideally agency-side
- Hands-on experience across SEO and GEO / AI search
- Technical, on-page and off-page SEO expertise
- Gold Coast - Fully Office Based

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll take ownership of SEO and GEO strategy across a portfolio of clients, balancing hands-on technical work with broader strategic thinking. You’ll conduct detailed SEO audits,



diagnose technical issues, build prioritised roadmaps, oversee content workflows and translate performance data into clear insights for clients. You’ll also explore emerging AI search trends, develop LLM visibility strategies and work closely with developers, content teams and wider performance marketing specialists to deliver results.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 2 years’ hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side
- Genuine experience across GEO, AI search or LLM visibility
- Strong technical, on-page and off-page SEO knowledge
- Experience conducting SEO audits and developing actionable strategies
- Solid analytical skills and confidence interpreting SEO performance data
- Experience with tools such as GSC, GA4, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and common CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify
