Function service including morning and afternoon teas, cocktail parties, banquet style events and small to medium private parties for Members

Coffee service

Set up and break down of functions and meetings

The shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday but require flexibility as day & evening shifts are involved. The Club has a small number of events on weekends during the year.

The successful applicant will enjoy working as part of a small professional team and will have an adaptable and pro-active nature. They must be flexible in their approach, as this is a wide-ranging and diverse role.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Hospitality experience in a similar role (minimum 1-2years)

Immaculate presentation

Refined communication skills with theability to communicate at all levels





Attention to detail and ability to work with a substantial level of accountability

Basic Wine knowledge

Basic Barista skills

Current RSA
