Central Coast Council offers Traineeship opportunities for motivated individuals to gain hands-on work experience and technical training as a Water and Sewer Operator. The program aims to build knowledge and competence to establish a career in the Water and Sewer industry through a two-year Training Contract starting January 2027.
Trainees study Certificate III in Water Industry Operations at NSW TAFE or an RTO, rotate between job locations, and receive structured development during the program.
