We provide quality services to our clients and pride ourselves on our personalised customer service.We have grown rapidly and now have a team of eleven. Friendly working environment with a small team.

In person meetings (once a quarter) in Brisbane.

We also have a St Kilda office, if you are in Melbourne, we would prefer 1-2 days per week in person

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in bookkeeping and billing hours

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot. Training will be provided

Excellent skills in Xero, MYOB and Excel

Passionate about bookkeeping and caring for our clients

Tasks & responsibilities

Bookkeeping duties: Variety of bookkeeping tasks, bank reconciliations,



payroll etc ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian standards.

End of Month: Perform end of month tasks including journals, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.

Admin Tasks: Administrative tasks as required, including phone calls as required.

Variety of clients: Ability to manage workload and work across a variety of clients and industries.

Casual position starting with 20-25 hrs per week and with a view to increase hours and move to a permanent position. Full flexibility in working hours and days, focus is on task completion and meeting client's deadlines
