Country Universities Centre Far West - Broken Hill NSW

CUC Far West is seeking 2-3 enthusiastic Program Delivery Support team members to join our casual staffing pool supporting Outreach and Widening Participation initiatives across the Far West region. These casual roles are ideal for people passionate about working with young people and supporting education pathways in local schools and the community.

This is a casual pool position, meaning not all staff will be rostered each week. Hours vary depending on program needs, school bookings and outreach schedules. Work is school-term based, with a minimum of 3 hours per week, and additional hours offered when programs are active. This flexibility makes the role well-suited to university students, early-career professionals, or anyone seeking meaningful, community-focused casual work.

As part of the outreach team, you will help deliver workshops, activities and events in primary and secondary schools, build positive relationships with students and staff, and support the broader outreach program. You will also assist with reporting, risk management, and maintaining robust engagement practices that uphold CUC Far West’s positive reputation.
