About the opportunity
- Contribute to course coordination and oversee the design and development of new units / courses.
- Undertake unit / course coordination and contribute to curriculum innovation and postgraduate education courses.
- Engage in world-class research and actively support the strategic initiatives of the University and School.
About you
- A completed doctorate in the field of Education or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated record of teaching and course coordination in higher education, in particular primary teacher education.
- Evidence of a high level of knowledge of national policy and regulatory requirements in initial teacher education.
- A research profile commensurate with the expectations of the role, with evidence of potential to secure internal and/or external grants.
- Evidence of engagement with the external community, research and/or professional bodies to advance knowledge and/or practice in the field of Education.
