- Collaborating with the Head Sommelier on list updates, cellar management, and sourcing new wines that speak to our ethos.
- Training our team—building wine confidence across the floor so that every guest conversation is informed and engaging.
- Bringing energy to service—being present, warm, and generous in how you lead, recommend, and contribute.

You’ll Bring

- WSET Level 3 qualifications and a love for Mediterranean wines and emerging producers.
- Experience as a sommelier or senior waiter with a strong wine background.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to uplift those around you.
- A genuine passion for hospitality—and a belief that great wine makes good times even better.
