Experienced Food and Beverage Attendant - Part Time Available

Since opening in the centre of Ballarat’s hospitality district 20 years ago, we’ve taken our passion for great service and quality food to buildOscars into a busy, vibrant hotel.

Our family run hotel is excited to expand our team & currently have space for roles for experienced front of house, wait/bar staff, Senior FOH staff with 2-3 years experience preferable. These roles being offeredhave Part Time hours available ranging from 10 hours per week up to Full Time positions.

We offerflexible hours which can work around study, sport and family commitments with shifts ranging from weekends, evenings or weekday’s work for suitable candidates.

Experience is essential in at least 1 of the following.

Coffee/barista

Bar

Table service

Accommodation

A neat & tidy appearance that reflects our business





Excel when under pressure

Multitask through busy service times

2-3 years experience in Restaurant Floor or Bars or Function Bars preferable

What we can offer you

Adaptable rosters/hours: we currently require FOH staff for various shifts across the week from day, evening and week end work. Our rostering system is flexible and can accommodate sporting and uni commitments including exam times, offering minimal split shifts.
