We are looking for a reliable and motivated Gardener & Lawn Maintenance Worker to join our growing Jim’s Mowing team as a sub-contractor . This role is perfect for anyone wanting a steady 3-day-per-week workload with the option to expand in the future.

You’ll be working outdoors, independently, with high-quality commercial EGO Battery equipment and a supportive operator behind you. This is the perfect job if you don't want a boss breathing down your neck all day and enjoy working independently with your earphones in.

Key Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing
- Whipper snipping
- Weeding and garden tidy-ups
- Blower/clean-up on completion
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Travel between jobs as required

Requirements

- To be successful, you must have:
- Victorian Driver’s Licence
- ABN (sub-contractor status)
- Ability to tow a trailer confidently, or have vehicle that can transport the equipment.
- Positive work ethic and reliability
- Friendly, respectful attitude toward customers
