What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:

- Answering and managing phone calls with a warm, helpful attitude.

- Booking and confirming patient appointments efficiently.

- Entering patient information and maintaining accurate database records.

- Providing exceptional customer service to make our patients feel comfortable and valued.

- General reception and administrative duties to support the clinical team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves interacting with people and can keep a smile on their face during busy periods. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A warm, welcoming, and professional personality —you are naturally bubbly and approachable!

- Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.

- Strong tech confidence , with the ability to use computers and learn new software quickly.

- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous medical/dental reception experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
