The Opportunity

We are looking for a switched on and dynamic Seasonal Casual Sales Associates to work at our successful store, Ralph Lauren Myer Menswear Melbourne .As a Sales Associate you will be operationally savvy and excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.

As a seasonal casual sales associate, you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including late nights and public holidays.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs
- Assist clients in selecting merchandise that aligns with their needs
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Responsible for achieving annual sales targets
- Support store operations including visual merchandise, stock control and back of house processes
- Create a memorable and engaging shopping experience by delivering high standards of service
- This role may require the ability to safely perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements

About you

- Previous experience inretail, hospitality orcustomer service roles
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Demonstrated experience working towards KPI's/targets
- Strong merchandise disciplines
- Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and can respond well in an ever-changing environment
- Outstanding communicator who isconfident with customers and store operations
- A ‘can do’ attitude




- Well-groomed and can be a great brand ambassador with a good understanding of fashion trends andstyling

Seasonal Details

- Commencement date fromSeptember 2026 until March 2027
- Initially a temporary role with opportunity to be made permanent!
- Work across a rotating 7-day roster
- You will be expected to work across a mixture of WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS, including extended trading hours and public holidays over the festive period
- You must haveFULL AVAILABILITYfromNovember 2026 - January 2027
