Campbell Page is seeking a Specialist Youth Case Manager to join our Eurobodalla Youth Homelessness Support Service. Working with young people aged 12–24 yo who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness , you'll provide trauma-informed case management, family support, advocacy and practical assistance to help young people build safer, more stable futures.

This is an outreach-based role , supporting young people across the Eurobodalla region, with the flexibility to work from our Moruya and Batemans Bay hubs. The position is part-time (3 days per week) , with the option of additional shifts at our Youth Crisis Refuge for those seeking more hours. Additional shifts are entirely optional.

About the Role

No two days are the same. You'll work alongside young people and their families to create positive, lasting change, providing practical support, advocacy and strengths-based case management.
Your role will include:

- Supporting young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness to access safe, stable accommodation
- Working with families to strengthen relationships, reduce conflict and support young people to remain safely connected where appropriate
- Developing safety plans and helping young people navigate complex personal and family situations
- Providing trauma-informed case management, mentoring and life skills support
- Building individual support plans that empower young people to achieve their goals
- Advocating for young people and connecting them with housing, education, health and community services




- Collaborating with schools, community organisations and other support agencies to achieve the best outcomes

About You

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient and passionate about supporting vulnerable young people.
You'll ideally have:

- Experience in youth work, homelessness, community or family services
- Case management experience and strong relationship-building skills
- A Certificate III or higher in Youth Work, Community Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- A current driver's licence and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
