ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is suited to a professional, highly motivated, results oriented, team player with a passion for driving success. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience with checking in customers, explaining and selling service work to customers, answering customer inquiries via email, telephone and face to face, resolving customer issues and liaising with Service Technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the prime point of contact between the Service Department and the customers for repair and maintenance service on vehicles
- Actively listening & actioning the needs of your customers

- Scheduling appointments
- Providing outstanding communication throughout repair processes
- Preparing & delivering quotations

- Ordering parts
- Providing comprehensive & accurately detailed information to the workshop
- Effectively communicating repair/service information to your customer
- Maintaining exceptional organisation/follow up for work in progress.




- Meeting monthly KPI’s as specified by dealership & vehicle manufacturers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- A professional demeanor, excellent organisational skills, and be able to maintain their composure when under pressure from customers and workshop
- Previous experience working within an automotive dealership will be highly regarded
- Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Superior people and communication skills (covering verbal, written and electronic)
- Knowledge of Pentana dealer management system is highly desirable.
- Mechanically minded or familiar with vehicle repair processes
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong computer literacy. Ability to utilise multiple systems at once.
- A friendly, professional manner and a team-first attitude
- Current driver’s licence (required)
