Service Desk Officer | Future Opportunities with Victorian Councils

Are you an experienced Service Desk Officer looking for your next opportunity within Local Government?

I'm currently partnering with a number of Victorian Councils and expect several exciting Service Desk Officer opportunities to become available in the coming months. These positions will suit customer-focused IT professionals who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and providing exceptional support to end users.

To be successful, you'll ideally have experience with:

- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- IT hardware, laptops, desktops, peripherals and mobile devices
- Ticketing and Incident Management Systems
- Solid customer service and communication skills





Previous Local Government / Council experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. These roles may involve first and second-level support, incident resolution, user account administration, hardware deployment, software troubleshooting, and supporting a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
