ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Technician, you will provide technical support to customers across Brisbane, servicing and repairing pool and spa equipment.

Your day will include

- Diagnosing and repairing pool and spa equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions
- Visiting customer sites across Brisbane
- Providing qualified customer service and technical advice
- Managing vehicle stock and spare parts




- Completing service reports and returning faulty components for assessment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in the pool and spa industry is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)
