Working across a diverse range of industrial machinery, you'll be responsible for installations, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs, helping our customers keep their operations running efficiently.

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will work both independently and as part of a supportive team to install, maintain and repair industrial machinery. You will build strong relationships with customers by providing prompt, professional service and practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission and service a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Respond promptly to service calls and technical support requests.
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately.




- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Provide professional customer service and technical advice on-site.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills. Electrical Trade qualified preferred.
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to work independently while managing your workload effectively.
- Good communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- A current driver's licence..
