The focus is not on frequent project changes, but on continuity, professional growth, and steadily increasing responsibility over several years.

From day one, you will work in a professional development environment, supporting experienced developers and Solution Architects. You will gradually develop from a hands-on junior into an independently working developer. Along the way, you will learn not only the technical aspects of the platform, but also clean development standards, performance-oriented thinking, and sustainable platform architecture.

What you will do Contribute to ServiceNow development Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions (e.g. ITSM, CSM, Workflow Automation).

Implement clearly defined development tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.

Develop and adapt Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Assist in analyzing existing implementations and gradually refactoring them. Technical growth in a project context Gain hands-on experience with server-side JavaScript logic (e.g. GlideRecord, basic data processing).

Develop an understanding of data models, relationships, and fundamental performance considerations.

Support testing, bug fixing, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the project team.

Gradually take ownership of defined topic areas within the project.



Collaboration within the project team Work closely with experienced developers, Solution Architects, and business roles.

Participate in sprint meetings, reviews, and technical alignment sessions.

Operate within structured, predictable project setups with clear points of contact.
