Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Designer / Engineer with robust expertise in Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that strengthen an organization’s security, governance, risk, and compliance capabilities.
This is a role requiring deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform , custom development, integrations, and best practices for implementing security and risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions focused on:
- Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM)
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business and security requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with security, risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing enhancements and optimization.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM) or Armis .
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or Intréis .
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) as preferrable.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response as preferrable.
- ServiceNow Armis Centrix Cyber Exposure Management as preferrable.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (IRM) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications as preferrable.
- Experience working with enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Security Operations (SecOps) .
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Response, GRC , and related ServiceNow modules .
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
